SHIPPING:

All orders placed during a drop will be shipped within 4-10 days. These times may vary by 1-2 days dependent on how heavy traffic is on the day of a release.

All orders placed outside of drop day will be shipped out within 1-3 days. We believe fast shipping is essential to an excellent customer experience.

Pre-Orders are normally shipped 30 business days after the date of order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please use the Account button on the Home Menu and lodge a return. If this doesn't work, send us an email and we’ll try our best to help you out. Customers are asked to pay for the return shipping if an incorrect size was ordered or a change of mind. Observe will cover the cost of a new package being sent out in the case of an exchange.

Once the returned item is received, we offer a store credit of the complete cost of item for returns (dependent on the condition of the item)
