We typically dispatch orders within 12 hours Monday-Friday. For same day dispatch, order before 12pm AEST. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday are sent on Monday morning.

For customers in non-DDP countries, import fees will still apply and will need to be settled directly with your local customs office before your order can be delivered. 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us via service@observegallery.com

Customers are asked to pay for the return shipping if an incorrect size was ordered or a change of mind. Observe will cover the cost of a new package being sent out in the case of an exchange.

Once the returned item is received, we offer a store credit of the complete cost of item for returns (dependent on the condition of the item)
