We typically dispatch orders within 12 hours Monday-Friday. For same day dispatch, order before 12pm AEST. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday are sent on Monday morning.

For customers in non-DDP countries, import fees will still apply and will need to be settled directly with your local customs office before your order can be delivered. 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please use the Account button on the Home Menu and lodge a return.

If this doesn't work, send us an email and we’ll try our best to help you out. Customers are asked to pay for the return shipping if an incorrect size was ordered or a change of mind. Observe will cover the cost of a new package being sent out in the case of an exchange.

Once the returned item is received, we offer a store credit of the complete cost of item for returns (dependent on the condition of the item)
