SHIPPING:

Observe offers complimentary shipping worldwide.

All orders placed outside of release day will be shipped out within 1-3 days.

Pre-Orders are normally shipped 30 business days after the date of order. Each product page may have individual differences based on production country and times. Pre-Orders are subject to delays, as freight is often out of our control. 

CUSTOMS:

As Observe offers complimentary worldwide shipping, for customers in non-DDP countries, import fees will still apply and will need to be settled directly with your local customs office before your order can be delivered. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please use the Account button on the Home Menu and lodge a return. If this doesn't work, send us an email and we’ll try our best to help you out. Customers are asked to pay for the return shipping if an incorrect size was ordered or a change of mind. Observe will cover the cost of a new package being sent out in the case of an exchange.

Once the returned item is received, we offer a store credit of the complete cost of item for returns (dependent on the condition of the item)
